Ballet to Barbells

Melissa Gatto is one of our newest coaches at CrossFit Central Downtown. She has just recently moved to Austin from New York City where she was a professional ballet/ contemporary dancer. Melissa found and fell in love with CrossFit in 2013 (after never lifting a barbell before!) and decided to get her Level 1 Certification a couple years later. She has a passion for helping people achieve their goals and encourages clients to challenge themselves everyday and we are excited to have her on the CrossFit Central coaching staff!
