  • A One-Week Experience ($50) and continuing into membership

  • Foundations ($100) for a more guided start

Get a full week inside our gym and experience real training—not just a drop-in.

  • Unlimited classes for 7 days

  • Meet our coaches and community

  • Try different class styles

  • Get hands-on guidance in every workout

Continue your membership within 24 hours of your final visit, and your $50 will be applied to your first month.

 

Foundations (Best for Beginners) $100 | 3 Sessions

If you’re new to CrossFit, HYROX, or strength training, this is your starting point.

Work with a coach in a small group or one-on-one setting to learn:

  • Proper movement and technique

  • How to modify and scale workouts

  • How classes flow so you feel prepared

  • Basics of nutrition and recovery

Walk into your first class feeling confident—not overwhelmed.
