Foundations (Best for Beginners) $100 | 3 Sessions
If you’re new to CrossFit, HYROX, or strength training, this is your starting point.
Work with a coach in a small group or one-on-one setting to learn:
Proper movement and technique
How to modify and scale workouts
How classes flow so you feel prepared
Basics of nutrition and recovery
Walk into your first class feeling confident—not overwhelmed.

HIIT
Our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) deliver bursts of strength, cardio, and active recovery. If you love to sweat, work hard, and get in an awesome workout - this is for you.
HYBRID Athlete
Experience programming that mixes sandbags, sleds, kettlebells, dumbbells, ski ergs, rowers, and running. Whether you are training for HYROX, Deka, Spartan, or just love a solid challenge this is for you!

Take an accelerated approach to your goals.With 17 years of experience, convinient location in Central Austin, in home training options, remote/online training options, and the best personal trainers in the city we will help you get the results you desire.

This class is created for men and women, ages 50 and up, that are looking to improve their strength, balance, agility, and will include low impact conditioning.
CrossFit Kids and Teens
Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents improve cardiorespiratory fitness, build strong bones and muscles, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
