Welcome to CrossFit Central Downtown! We are located in the heart of the city, at 410 Pressler Street. Young professionals, college students, families and travelers come together to make the downtown community special. CrossFit classes (women’s only and coed), athletic performance, personal training nutrition seminars and community events are just a few of the resources available to help you progress towards your goals. This location includes showers onsite and is temperature controlled. Below you will find the programs we offer, our schedule, drop in information and how to get started. Performance Training

Performance Training is for the athlete who is looking to get more time in the gym, the budding weekend warrior and those looking to compete at a higher level. Personal Training

We know group training is effective, fun, and motivating, but we also understand that some individuals may have specific goals that require specific workout protocols. A personal trainer is a certified individual that has a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness, exercise prescription and instruction. Fire and Ice

Our Fire & Ice program is inspired by XPT Training, HeartMath, and the Wim Hof method. It is designed to help you recover, lower stress, and improve your overall health. Sessions are limited to 8 people.

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) is an incredible tool used for recovery, resilience and rejuvenation. PEMF has the ability to improve your cellular health, giving you vitality and longevity. By delivering electromagnetic pulses, varying in degree and frequency, PEMF recharges your cells, promotes healing in damaged tissue, aids in decreasing inflammation and increases optimal performance.

Specialty

Current Specialty Program: 8 Week Olympic Weightlifting Course This is for athletes that want to improve their snatch and clean and jerk. Athletes will meet every Saturday for 8 weeks to work on their skill development and will be given homework to complete on their own. At the end of eight weeks an Olympic Weightlifting Meet to test a 1 rep max on both Snatch and Clean & jerk.

Drop In

Visiting Austin and looking for a place to get your workout? Look no further! We would love to have you join us! You can drop in to any class day and time you would like. Just be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can make sure you’re all set up. Want to save some time? You can purchase your drop in pass online. We have two, three and five day passes available!
