Starting April 25th through May 24th, we’re taking on the legendary 300 Challenge Workout — and this time, we’re adding a nutrition focus to level it up even more! This challenge is open to both members and non-members, so grab a friend and get ready to crush it together!

🗓️ Friday, April 25th: We will do the 300 benchmark workout in class! Attend any class on Friday to complete the ORIGINAL 300 Challenge!

300 Workout Benchmark:

  • 25 pull-ups *sc: jumping

  • 50 Deadlift 135/95 *sc: 95/65

  • 50 push-ups

  • 50 box jump 20"  *sc: step up

  • 50 Floor Wipers 135/95 *sc: 95/65

  • 50 KB Clean & jerk 16kg/12kg  *sc: 12kg/14#

  • 25 pull-ups
