Get Started

Our CrossFit and CrossFit Women’s Only classes begin with our Elements Course. Elements is two small group private training that delivers vital instruction on CrossFit movements and techniques. It is the first introduction into our community. Our Elements coaches assess your movement patters, discuss nutrition and goals, identify any injuries and you get in a great workout! Once you complete Elements you are ready to transition into classes.

Elements Test Out

If you are a current CrossFitter and would like to join our community you may “test out” of our introductory Elements course. You must have been CrossFitting for at least 6 months at a CrossFit gym. The Test out is a complimentary one hour class to review movements and help you to jump into classes to quickly start training. Contact to set up your complimentary test out.
