Event Details
The Memorial Day Murph workout is a donation-based workout! All funds raised on Memorial Day will go to the ValorFit Foundation.
Started by Veteran, Troy Peterson in 2015, ValorFit® is committed to the belief that a Veteran’s confidence and self-worth isn’t left on the battlefield, but is renewed through purposeful daily activity within a dedicated local community of group fitness facilities and gyms designed to drive strength, wellness, and to foster meaningful relationships that inspire individual success, growth, and empowerment.

If you have completed Murph (RX) and are ready for your next elevated physical challenge - this is for you.
As a team of 8 you will complete 24 Murphs in 24 Hours. That’s 3 Murphs per team member.
Every team member must also commit to raising $200 for ValorFit Foundation

The Workout
"Murph" is a Hero WOD in memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
