What is the Murph WOD?
The Murph Challenge is a workout in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. Traditionally performed on Memorial Day, it has become a powerful way for the CrossFit and fitness community to honor fallen heroes.
