During this weightlifting seminar, we will cover the snatch! It is for the beginner or the novice weightlifter. We will cover warm-up drills and the progressions for the snatch. We will also spend time snatching while your coach observes your technique and helps you makes adjustments. We will also discuss the differences between snatching as a solo movement and how it pertains to CrossFit.
