We teach you the foundation of CrossFit in "Elements" come learn the foundation of nutrition from, coach Lisa Thiel, a CrossFit athlete, recovered bulimic, and busy mom of 2. You will learn the basics of nutrition including how to balance macronutritients (fat/protein/carbs) to feel your best and meet your goals.
No matter if you are new to CrossFit Central, a valued member ready to clean up their diet, or an athlete looking to take your performance to the next level this workshop is for you. This workshop will teach you how to make good nutrition a lifestyle, something that is a habit that you enjoy.
The system is simple and effective - no weighing, measuring, or calorie counting. This is truly a lifestyle approach to nutrition.
