While we encourage everyone to give up alcohol for 33 days if that doesn’t sound like something you’re ready to commit to but you are looking for a fall challenge you can choose your beverage track!

Complete the benchmark pre and post 33 days
Inbody assessment pre and post 33 days
Meet with your nutrition coach weekly
Work out every day
Commit to a nutrition plan
Drink half your bodyweight in ounces every day
Take a progress pic every day
No alcohol or modified alcohol track
