We’re excited to offer an action-packed Kids Strength & Conditioning Camp this summer! This program is designed to help young athletes build strength, speed, and confidence — while having a ton of fun.
This Camp Focuses On:
Strength & Conditioning
Speed, Agility & Biomechanics
Foundational Strength Technique
Sports Games & Obstacle Courses
Snacks + Basic Introduction to Macros (nutrition basics)
What to Expect — A Glimpse at a Camp Day:
9:00 AM: Arrive + prime the body for speed, agility, or weight training
45 min: Speed + agility drills
15 min: Break + transition
60 min: Strength + conditioning work
15 min: Mindset coaching session
45 min: Sports-specific games, fitness challenges, and obstacle courses
