When your routine and life changes suddenly, you have to continue counting your wins. You have to continue doing what you can. Staying fit through daily workouts and eating nutritious foods are always priority. Equally as important, especially in times like these, is your mental health.
Enter: 21 Days of Personal Power
Having a daily plan of action, clear vision and celebrating accomplishing those actions will create confidence and grow your personal power. A few years ago during a challenging time in Coach Jeremy Thiel's life, he came up with the Daily Dozen. He needed something to get him moving, he needed momentum, so he came up with twelve things he would accomplish each day to WIN THE DAY. These are as simple as make your bed, take a shower, brush your teeth, work out, drink 2 liters of water, eat a cup of vegetables. The cool part is that checking off small wins gave him power over his day and grew his confidence to do more.
Daily Dozen Explained: You will choose 12 things that you will accomplish each day to WIN the day. At the end of the day check off the box if you completed your daily dozen for 21 days. Your CrossFit Central coach will be checking in with you to keep you accountable.
