Although we love a good old fashioned “spa day” complete with facials and pedicures, our SPA morning looks a little different. We will focus on getting in an amazing workout in a supportive environment created for ALL women. The experience is designed to be positive and powerful. At the end of the workout the CrossFit Central women coaches will take some time to coach on the “Daily Dozen” and show you how you can stay on track mentally and physically through this busy season. You will walk away, ready to implement this strategy and take action!
Before you begin your Thanksgiving Day traditions, gather round the table to carve the Turkey and perhaps watch a little Thanksgiving Day football, come out to CrossFit Central and get in a 5K fun run! This is open to everyone. Bring out the strollers, your friends and family members and your favorite furry (leashed) companions! We will also be collecting canned goods and non-perishable foods items to donate to our local food pantry.
