Welcome to CrossFit Central Burnet Road! We are located in Central Austin, at 6205 Burnet Road. Families, professionals, kids and teens and 50+ men and women come together to make the Burnet Road community special. CrossFit classes (women’s only and coed), athletic performance, personal training, nutrition seminars and community events are just a few of the resources available to help you progress toward your goals. Performance Training

Performance Training is for the athlete who is looking to get more time in the gym, the budding weekend warrior and those looking to compete at a higher level. CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids focuses on teaching core fundamental movements to develop the athlete’s overall ability to move and function in various active environments. This Program is for girls and boys of all fitness levels and capabilities ages 11 to 16 years old and is designed to promote fun fitness through games, challenges, and relays. CrossFit Kids is dedicated to giving kids the opportunity to excel in their fitness and skill level.

Personal Training

We know group training is effective, fun, and motivating, but we also understand that some individuals may have specific goals that require specific workout protocols. A personal trainer is a certified individual that has a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness, exercise prescription and instruction. Fire and Ice

Our Fire & Ice program is inspired by XPT Training, HeartMath, and the Wim Hof method. It is designed to help you recover, lower stress, and improve your overall health. You can read more about this program here. Sessions are limited to 8 people


Drop In

Visiting Austin and looking for a place to get your workout? Look no further! We would love to have you join us! You can drop in to any class day and time you would like. Just be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can make sure you’re all set up. Want to save some time? You can purchase your drop in pass online. We have two, three and five day passes available!
