What is the I Am CrossFit Program? I Am CrossFit is an 8 week challenge designed to help you reach your goals. Whether you want to lose inches, gain inches, increase your strength, take minutes off of your marathon time -- this program will help you get there! SOLD OUT!
When you make the Commitment to the I Am CrossFit Program You Recieve: Workouts emailed to you to complete on your days of from your regularly scheduled program The Cost: $50 for the 8 Week Program Now is the Time To Make a Commitment! I Am CrossFit will kick off on January 3rd @ The CrossFit Central Facility with a bench mark workout! Who Can Sign Up: Current CrossFit Central clients can sign up for the I Am CrossFit Program. All CrossFit Central programs utilize the princlples of CrossFit - Whether you are enrolled in Boot Camps, CrossFit Indoor, CrossFit Rogue, or Kettlebell classes - in the New Year you have the opportunity to find out why you are CrossFit! SOLD OUT! This Program is limited only to the first 100 clients who sign up! *There are 20 Spots Open for New CrossFit Central Clients. If you signed up for December programs or January programs and are a new client you are eligible to sign up*
