John Del Peral is an experienced trainer in both a one on one and group setting. He is a life long athlete and excelled in many sports including Football, Basketball, and Track & Field. His passion for Fitness and Wellness led him to pursue a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, which he will be receiving in December from Texas State University. John prepares his clients for a lifetime of mobility and overall wellness by teaching practical concepts and functional fitness.
