First FGB... 232... not horrible. I think I can give more in the first round, though - I want 250 next time. I learned a key form thing about Push Press, so something positive came out of it, too.  
 
Wow, Mike, 196? You weren't kidding when you told me you wrecked hard in the first round!

That's not me in the picture. But I assumed the exact same pose in the exact same spot right after FGB in the 5:30 a.m. Tues/Thur class.

My first fight gone bad was a day or 2 after I moved to austin to join CF Central. I am currently twice as fit as I was that day when I scored a 196 which will be 2 years in September.
