In just 4 short weeks I feel much stronger and am able to do exercises I haven't done since college! My energy level is much higher throughout the day and I look forward to keeping up this level of fitness.

Carey Kepler: CrossFit Central CoFounder & CrossFit Level II Certified

What is unique about the Women's Only program?

This is designed for women. Women only, and we will be teaching women how to do Olympic lifts. These lifts are not typically done by women and you will be amazed how these explosive movements can reshape your body. We will work on progressing to doing pullups and overhead squats. This may sound scary at first but our program takes the scare out of these types of exercises.

What do you like about training in a Women Only setting?

Women are so strong and when you get them together and everyone is encouraging each other to push hard, you know you can take it to the next level. Plus, when everyone is trying to reach a goal, not necessarily the same goal, but one that is hard to reach yet attainable, the support from other women really puts things into perspective and gives it a new meaning to success... especially when someone can relate to what you are going through outside of the gym.

What will this program do for women?

The Women's Only program is going to help all kinds of different women gain confidence and positive self image. I know fitness can seem intimidating to some women and this program will change that. And it will be fun!!!

How will this program be different than training that is non gender specific?

First of all when you get a group of women together for anything there is a natural bond that forms - women encourage each other and push each other. I think everyone will be inspired to take their training to the next level and do things they never thought possible.

What are some great aspects of the Women's Only Program?

Women’s only programs offer a nurturing, supportive environment with a “Girls Rock” spirit that empowers each other. On top of that it provides camaraderie and lifelong friendships which in turn create more motivation and accountability.same goal, but on that is hard to reach yet attainable, the support from other women really puts things into perspective and gives it a new meaning to success... especially when someone can relate to what you are going through outside of the gym.

What do you like about training in a women's only setting?

I personally believe that most women are inspired by other women! I know I am so an all women’s group is very motivating - I can see other women achieving what I am trying to achieve and it makes me push myself that much more.
