I was initially intimidated with the concept of "Boot Camp" and apprehensive about attending. However, it was an amazing experience and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it!! The trainers were awesome. Jeremy and Michael make an excellent team and bring a nice balance to our workouts. I will definitely be attending and looking forward to the next 4 Seasons Boot Camp!!

You are a former Division I athlete, how do you think CrossFit helps athletes in their sport?

Crossfit helps athletes in their sports by focusing on functional movements that enhance the 10 recognized physical skills: Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Coordination, Agility, Speed, Balance, and Accuracy.

 


Athletes involved in any sports will benefit dramatically with this type of balance.

I like to give my client the WOW experience. I believe this is done with providing knowledge, motivation, accountabilty, and RESULTS!!

Absolutely! I have gained tons of experience throughout the years coaching individuals on the daily decisions it will take to reach their goals, no matter where they may be in the process.
