This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

All of CrossFit Central's coahces are talented, motivated, and have a strong desire to help people obtain their fitness goals!
