WayFit is a Fun Fitness Program for Kids!
By Design, WayFit is:
Jumping, Running, Rolling, Pushing, Pulling, Rotating, Swinging, Slamming, Punching, Kicking, and Throwing!
The Program Focuses on fundamental movement that will teach the young athletes how to move their body in proper plans of motion. This will allow them to develop life long movement patters that will apply to all sports and life. The program is held at the West Austin Youth Association WAYA ![]() WayFit will increase kid's general physical prepardness. This will allow children to develop general motor skills, flexibility, strenth, speed, and a healthy mental state. This energetic program will not only prepare children for movement but also develop a strong work ethic and team work skills.
