I appreciated the support of the other people in the group who were always very encouraging and the atmosphere of the class was positive and fun.

What's the difference between Boot Camp and CrossFit?
Boot Camps take place in an outdoor setting and focus on cardio work while utilizing your body’s own isometrics to build strength and gain agility. CrossFit classes take place indoors at our CrossFit Central facility and focus more on using external weights to build strength while placing an emphasis on form and technique.
