It was hard work, but not too hard. Progress kind of snuck up on me ­ after 4 weeks I felt much stronger.

Randal is the leader and organizer of the Austin Parkour scene for over 3 years. Randal hosts Parkour and free running workshops. He has received his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsuunder Relson Gracie and has participated in submission grappling tournaments. Randal is CrossFit Level I certified and has certification in Trigger Point Performance Therapy. Some of his other interests include Acrobatic Yoga, Method Naturalle, and Free Form Dancing. Randal continues to push the limits of human potential and has helped many to excel in their pursuit of physical improvement.
