CrossFit Elements

CrossFit Elements is a prerequisite for the CrossFit program

CrossFit Elements are scheduled as small group training sessions with a CrossFit Central Coach. The total cost for the three sessions is $190, and you can pay the coach via cash, check or credit card at your first session. To schedule Elements, Contact us.

CrossFit Elements sessions teach movements for optimal performance in the CrossFit program.

Please Note: In the event of cancellation for an elements session, you must notify your Elements coach within 12 hours, or a $50 fee will be owed.

You will also get in a CrossFit workout and get a taste of what a CrossFit class is like!

These skill have been selected to assist and develop each clients experience as they begin the Crossfit Program. The skills that are practiced are an excellent way for the student to become familiar with the CrossFit method!

Kettlebell Elements:
Kettlebell Elements is required before starting the Kettlebell Program - this is a one time 30 minute introduction to Kettlebells with you and your Kettlebell coach. After signing up for a kettlebell program your coach will contact you to schedule this consultation.
