This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

RXd with 225 lb dead lifts but used a resistance band for pull ups. 
 
A brutal WoD on the legs that I'm still feeling a day later. The combination of walking lunges straight into deadlifts is masochistic as all hell.

17:47 w/ 135lb and jumping pullups. 
 
I love deadlifts, but I tore up my hands pretty badly with them today. Wearing gloves next time!

we used 185lbs as RX for this WOD Zach sure likes to push us but in long run it pays off!  
Time 17:14 rx  
for my first time using this weight in a WOD ... :eek
