Honestly, it was a lot of fun. Working closely with a group and seeing the progress/gains was rewarding. I enjoyed the challenge. Jeremy and Mike really kept the energy up and were fun/motivating. Thanks to you both!

Liked this combo of movements. Used 115lb, and moved to a weaker band for the dips! My shoulders are finally getting better.

Probably should have gone heavier, but got some good work done on the dips. Should be doing them unassisted very soon :p

Arms got tired quickly....I was thinking this would be sub-10 minutes. Still happy with 13:21.
