Boot Camp was hard for me at first. In this month I feel I have gotten in better shape quicker than any other program I have tried. I only wish I would have participated all winter.

WOD
Complete max reps for both movements. After failure on pushups you must immediately begin pullups.
Decline Parallet Pushups
Pullups
*Do 5 Rounds
*Rest 3 minutes b/w rounds

Post reps for both movements and all rounds.

:( After 10 days off couldn't do more than 2 kips straight. Used the purple band and did push-ups on the floor. Still only got 95. :upset

Loved this one. Did Max Effort back squats today as well so this completed the circle.

Can't remember the total for each round, but 111 pushups & 70 pullups altogether.
