This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

Couldn't get the 85 cleaned more than twice :(

Damned poor technique on my power cleans (bending my arms and pulling with all arms before fulling extending my hips, combined with poor-grip) equaled failure). 
 
More practice on those cleans is what I need.
