Boot Camp was hard for me at first. In this month I feel I have gotten in better shape quicker than any other program I have tried. I only wish I would have participated all winter.

WOD
Perform max reps at each station for a minute using a continously running clock. Do 2 rounds and add up your total reps for all movements to determine your score.

First time doing FGB. Decreased reps for wall ball and box jump between 1st and 2nd round. :sigh Pretty consistent on the other movements ;)

Should have paced the first round better, if there is such a thing in FGB. 113 round 1, 86 round 2.  
 
still a PR though!
