In just 4 short weeks I feel much stronger and am able to do exercises I haven't done since college! My energy level is much higher throughout the day and I look forward to keeping up this level of fitness.

:eek I must say this WOD has been the hardest since I have come back! I was out for about 2 months only back for 1 month...I am ok with my time wouldlove to see this in few month I sure would love to knock off some time! 12:46 RX'd
