This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

Man, i missed the DL i needed to tie Robbie in the early class for 1025 total.  
 
My three: 
Squat 385 pr 
SP 215 pr 
DL 405 pffft...bummer
