This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

At the end, did 3 sets of 15 sumo high pulls with a 50 yd. sprint in between.
