Pic: Coach Jessica on pullups during the Affiliate competition at the 2009 Crossfit Games. Jess was a member of the Crossfit Central Affiliate team that placed 2nd out of 98 teams at the Crossfit Games this year. Jess is also the Women's Only lead trainer at the RunTex location, and is a Relentless Bootcamp coach.

Did 75# for this one. Completed all but the last 8 power cleans in the 21 minute cap. Still gotta improve my form.
