Jeremy and Michael make a great team for coaching boot camp. Your differences in personalities complement each other. Thank you for enhancing my motivation to work out hard. I have already seen results and am looking forward to the next program.

Got to the 3's with 35 lb.
Thought at first that I would go Rx'd. I think I could have killed this if it was push press. Really need to work on gaining some shoulder strength.
