Boot Camp was hard for me at first. In this month I feel I have gotten in better shape quicker than any other program I have tried. I only wish I would have participated all winter.

Tony was unsure if he would be able to take on Fight Gone Bad IV since his wife was due near September 26th. Two days before the event he let the coaches know he would be there. In that short amount of time he was able to raise over $1,495, the second largest amount of funds raised for CrossFit Central's Fight Gone Bad. Tony and his wife made it out to Fight Gone Bad IV, two days later Josey Rose was born.

Having been a part of Crossfit for the last 6 months has been a great experience and this is a really cool honor. Thanks for naming today's WOD after our baby girl Josey Rose and for helping me get in shape. Crossfit will be a big part of our growing family for a long, long time.
