It was hard work, but not too hard. Progress kind of snuck up on me ­ after 4 weeks I felt much stronger.

12:49 w/ green band. Pretty slow, but excited that I did all the pull-ups as kipping. Never done kips before. Excited to start decreasing the band resistance in future WODs.
