This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

CrossFit Endurance, is adding 2-3 anaerobic (link defining anaerobic) run/bike/swim workouts to your current CrossFit training program to allow you to compete in endurance sports. These workouts will supplement your CrossFit training regimen and will promote endurance development with less training time with less injury! When followed correctly, CFE training can get you to ultra-marathons and ironman distances in only 6-8 hours a week - compared to 15-20 plus hours with more traditional programs.
