CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. This program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life. The workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically. Regardless of your experience or fitness level you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! All CrossFit Training is 45 minutes, this includes warm up, the workout, and a cool down. Classes are held at the CrossFit Central Faciltiy - 6205 Burnet Rd.

*Before you join a CrossFit Central Program you must complete Elements*

Elements is required for two reasons:

1. For you Safety - You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout
2. No One is Left Behind - After completing Elements you will be able to jump in a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned. Find Out More about Elements

Kettlebell Training

We also offer Kettlebell Training inside the CrossFit Central Facility. This is a 30 minutes class designed to increase your fitness using kettlebells!

CrossFit Platinum For Those of you who want a few extra days of CrossFit!

CrossFit 5 days per week. You must still have a “home” class – the class you plan to attend most regularly. However, with CFC Platinum, you have rights to come to any CrossFit gym, KettleBell or the Lamar Middle School Boot camp which meets across from our gym at 6205 Burnet Road.

*This option is limited to the first 20 people who sign up for the Platinum Package*
