This is a great program to tone and tighten all the right spots. After 3 weeks people started commenting that they could see a difference. After 4 weeks, I could really tell a difference - - can't wait for the next session!

CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. This program offers a fitness that prepares you for occurrences in everyday life. The workouts are scaled to meet you where you are physically. Regardless of your experience or fitness level you will find your best fitness in the CrossFit program! All CrossFit Training is 45 minutes, this includes warm up, the workout, and a cool down. Classes are held at the CrossFit Central Facility - 6205 Burnet Rd.

*Before you join a CrossFit Program you must complete Elements*

Elements is required for two reasons:

1. For you Safety - You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout

On Ramp Program

Crossfit On Ramp Classes are designed to spend additional time on the foundational movements the individual has learned in elements, as well as develop strength and endurance to prepare for the coed/women's only programs. The class structure will have a strength component followed by a short crossfit workout that will engage the 10 general physical skills listed in your what is fitness hand out.

ON-RAMP classes meet twice per week for a minimum of 4 weeks - a minimum of 8 sessions. If proficiency and competence has been shown while performing a specific set of skill-oriented CrossFit tasks during this 4 week period, the individual is able to move on to the Coed/Women's-Only classes. If more time is needed to further achieve proficiency, the athlete will be encouraged to attend another 4 week session of the ON-RAMP class to ensure a successful transition into the Coed/Women's-Only classes.

CrossFit Platinum For Those of you who want a few extra days of CrossFit!

CrossFit 5 days per week. You must still have a “home” class – the class you plan to attend most regularly. However, with CFC Platinum, you have rights to come to any CrossFit gym, KettleBell or the Lamar Middle School Boot camp which meets across from our gym at 6205 Burnet Road.

.Com Class

Take on the .Com!
This June CrossFit Central's newest program - ".Com"- will take on the workouts straight from the creator of CrossFit, Coach Greg Glassman. The class will meet Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday @ 1pm. The .Com program is your opportunity to follow the CrossFit workouts, as prescribed, from CrossFit.Com and get in the best shape of your life.

From this class you can expect:
Take on the challenging .Com workouts with a group of CrossFitters
A highly skilled CrossFit Central Instructor coaching you through each workout

Masters Program

The Master’s Class is for mature athletes who want to benefit from the CrossFit principles of constantly varied, functional movements. This class will accommodate limited range of motion, issues with mobility and/or previous injuries. Elements are now forming for this class!

Private Body Assessment Package - $75

Meet with a coach for 1 hour private session. During this time you will have your measurements and body fat taken as well as a weigh in. You will also spend time setting your fitness goals as well as how to achieve these goals

The Private Zone Meeting is great for anyone who would like to know more about the Zone, has any questions about how to correctly follow the Zone diet, or would like to know how to quickly see results in CrossFit Central programs. This is a step by step private meeting with a CrossFit Central coach on how to get started or tighten up your Zone eating habits. You will receive:

Kitchen Sweep - $75 an hour (time required is case by case basis)

The Kitchen Sweep is a service offered by two of our CrossFit Central coaches, Crystal McReynolds & Megan Parsons. During this private meeting you will clean out your food supply, learn what foods you should have on hand at all times, receive a paleo/zone consultation suited to your needs, and take a trip to the grocery store with your kitchen sweep coach, and much more!
