John Del Peral is an experienced trainer in one on one and in group settings. He holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University. John is Crossfit level 1 Certified and also holds specialty certifications in Kettlebells and Olympic Weightlifting. A former athlete, John has spent countless hours studying functional movements, nutrition, barbell training, and injury prevention and is eager to share this information with his clients. His expertise includes speed and agility/strength and conditioning for youth (age 10-18) and adult training for weight loss and mobility. John is currently an indoor coach at both the Crossfit Central facility and Crossfit @ RunTex on Lake Austin Blvd. Be prepared to be held accountable and have a high level of commitment when training with John.

Travis Holley is a CrossFit Level II Coach, has a B.S. in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado, and has 3 years of experience coaching a wide variety of individuals ranging from young athletes to grandparents, and everyone in between. Travis has been involved with sports and fitness all his life – playing soccer, hockey, and football since a young age and continuing on to play soccer for the University of Northern Colorado. Recently, Travis competed in the 2009 Rocky Mountain Regional CrossFit Qualifiers where he placed 13th. Travis takes great pride in helping others reach a higher level of functional fitness through hard work and determination, and while doing so, improving one’s self-worth.

Crystal Nelson is CrossFit Level II and Nutrition Certified with over 2 years of experience, as well as over 4 years as a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor. Crystal Nelson has been involved in sports her entire life including cross country, volleyball, basketball, softball, and track and field. She went on to run Cross Country and Track and Field at Angelo State University before transferring to Minot State University where she graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and a BSE in Physical Education. Her recent athletic accomplishments are placing 19th at the 2009 Rocky Mountain CrossFit Regional Qualifier, competing on the affiliate team for CrossFit Fort Collins (AKA Emergent Fitness) at the 2009 International CrossFit Games, and running the Colorado Marathon. Crystal is excited to share her on-going knowledge of nutrition, functional fitness, and passion for CrossFit and is ready to impact your life.

Michael Winchester has been involved in elite athletics his entire life, playing collegiate soccer for four years at Stetson University. He is a Level I CrossFit Certified Trainer with extensive experience and knowledge in Soccer and Track & Field. Michael has trained aspiring collegiate footballers for the past six years and knows what it takes to reach the next level of athletic performance. Ben has been involved in sports his entire life including baseball, basketball, football and track. He holds a bachelor degree in History from Texas Tech University and most recently became CrossFit Level 1 certified. Ben is experienced in working with small groups and kids from ages 12-18 in summer athletic camps and works directly with Julie Ward and Christine White on all gym operations and client services. Most recently Ben joined the CrossFit Central Media team. He is dedicated to the Crossfit method and i'm excited to be a part of Crossfit Central's mission to building a Fit community.
