CrossFit Women is a program designed especially for women. It is for all levels of fitness, experience, and ages. CrossFit Women will encourage you to step out of the box most fitness programs put women in and offer you true fitness! Inside this program you will find your best fitness, reach your goals, and join a committed group of women!
This is your opportunity to achieve things you never thought you were capable of. The highly talented CrossFit Women coaches are ready to take you to new fitness heights!
CrossFit Women will also host events including wine night, nutritional mixers, happy hour, and zone nutritional meetings!
Before beginning the CrossFit Women Program you must complete Elements. Elements includes 3 sessions with a CrossFit Women's coach where you will learn all of the movements performed in CrossFit training. To schedule your Elements session contact
