I was initially intimidated with the concept of "Boot Camp" and apprehensive about attending. However, it was an amazing experience and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it!! The trainers were awesome. Jeremy and Michael make an excellent team and bring a nice balance to our workouts. I will definitely be attending and looking forward to the next 4 Seasons Boot Camp!! Saturday was for the visitors and today will be for us. This time 20 + Rounds should be a walk in the park!

10 Push ups
15 Squats

Start each set with Weighted Pull-ups then move to strict, then kipping then jumping as needed. Rest about 60 seconds between Rounds.
Balance, Strength and Flexability are key in the Overhead Squat. Poor core strength will guarentee a collapse. A Bodyweight overhead squat is a skill anyone would love to master.

About 7 months ago it was common to see 2 or 3 faces at the gym for a workout. Marc and Dave were there one cool evening. Dean was somewhere in the mix this day as well. Today these gentleman get another shot to conquer a workout that has got the best of them in the past. This time though 12 more will be joining them! Make it happen!
