I was initially intimidated with the concept of "Boot Camp" and apprehensive about attending. However, it was an amazing experience and I will continue to tell everyone I know about it!! The trainers were awesome. Jeremy and Michael make an excellent team and bring a nice balance to our workouts. I will definitely be attending and looking forward to the next 4 Seasons Boot Camp!!

img_8787.jpgBalance, Strength and Flexability are key in the Overhead Squat. Poor core strength will guarentee a collapse. A Bodyweight overhead squat is a skill anyone would love to master.

img_8141-2.jpg  About 7 months ago it was common to see 2 or 3 faces at the gym for a workout. Marc and Dave were there one cool evening. Dean was somewhere in the mix this day as well. Today these gentleman get another shot to conquer a workout that has got the best of them in the past. This time though 12 more will be joining them! Make it happen!
