In just 4 short weeks I feel much stronger and am able to do exercises I haven't done since college! My energy level is much higher throughout the day and I look forward to keeping up this level of fitness. Mark Rowe

Balance, Strength and Flexability are key in the Overhead Squat. Poor core strength will guarentee a collapse. A Bodyweight overhead squat is a skill anyone would love to master.

About 7 months ago it was common to see 2 or 3 faces at the gym for a workout. Marc and Dave were there one cool evening. Dean was somewhere in the mix this day as well. Today these gentleman get another shot to conquer a workout that has got the best of them in the past. This time though 12 more will be joining them! Make it happen!
