Boot Camp was hard for me at first. In this month I feel I have gotten in better shape quicker than any other program I have tried. I only wish I would have participated all winter.

Flying High With The Dumbell Snatch

img_9464.jpgSarah works the single arm snatch.  Dumbells require more stabilization from smaller muscles that can sometimes be Neglected with other forms of equipments. Occasionally sub dumbells for barbell and Kettlebells to enhance your strength, speed and power.

 WOD
30 Dumbell Snatch
30 Pull-ups
400 M Run

Repeat(20, 20, 400/ 10, 10, 400)
