Nicole Hughes attended Texas Tech University where she received her degree in Psychology and Literature. She coordinates all of CrossFit Central's events, out reach programs, and heads up all marketing and promotional projects. Nicole also writes various articles and informational material for CrossFit Central. She is dedicated to the CrossFit method and enjoys helping others get involved in the CrossFit community. Client Service Manager
Christine White helps clients with various services such as Elements, CrossFit Central events, and is dedicated to continuously improving the overall client experience. Christine was born and raised in Austin and loves being a part of such a healthy city. She believes in CrossFit and the gains that one can see using this method of fitness and has experienced great personal success from CrossFit Central programs.

Ben has been involved in sports his entire life including baseball, basketball, football and track. He holds a bachelor degree in History from Texas Tech University and most recently became CrossFit Level 1 certified. Ben is experienced in working with small groups and kids from ages 12-18 in summer athletic camps and works directly with Julie Ward and Christine White on all gym operations and client services. Most recently Ben joined the CrossFit Central Media team. He is dedicated to the Crossfit method and i'm excited to be a part of Crossfit Central's mission to building a Fit community.
