Coach Kelly Starrett of CrossFit San Fransisco, will host the one-day SOLD OUT Movement and Mobility Certification at CrossFit Central on Saturday, June 5 and Sunday, June 6. This seminar will teach the coaches how to reduce injuries and improve your CrossFit performances.
CrossFit Central's Free Community Workouts are this Saturday, May 22nd! There are spots left in the kettlebell workout and they are open to everyone so bring your friends and family, and kick off your weekend with a great workout. Do you want to test your training program against others? Do you have the fittest team? The 1st Annual Garage Gym Throwdown is just around the corner! This showdown will be held at the LCRA parking garage and is open to everyone from any gym or bootcamp. Only 50 partner teams will be accepted!
