Yay Burpee!

The CrossFit Central 100 Day Burpee Challenge begins tomorrow!

The challenge - Complete 1 burpee a day for 100 days, on the 100th day you will complete 100 burpees! You can join in the challenge at home, at the office, outside, wherever and whenever you can fit in your burpees!

The Result - you will be stronger! Read all rules and proper technique and form
