New York City Marathon Finisher

Don Ward, who attends CrossFit Central Programs ran the New York City Marathon on November 2nd. His finishing time was 3.38.39! Taking over 12 minutes off of his previous marathon time. How did he do it? By regularly attending the CrossFit Indoor program and 1 month prior to the race Don attended the M/W 6:00am Lake Pointe Boot Camp. Read more about his journey here.
