Saturday Morning Workout

 

New Clients, existing clients, friends and family came out to the UTB: Free Comunity workout yesterday! Rings, Med Ball Work, and an exercise widely used at CrossFit Certifications - Med Ball Cleans with a hold in the squat position - made up the Saturday morning workout!

The next UTB will be held on Saturday, December 13th @ 8:30am. Check back for more details

Obtaining Goals in the CrossFit Program & in Life

Libby Santos, who is pictured hiking in Peru, attends the CrossFit Indoor program. Libby attributes her ability to hike 8 hours a day in Peru to her gains in the CrossFit program.

"While hiking 4 hours uphill to a 15,300 ft. mountain pass, I kept thinking, "I am so grateful for the way I have been pushed at CrossFit Central, far beyond what I thought were my limits. Ring Strength

The use of rings in CrossFit is very important. A person who introduces rings into their fitness regimen will find that their strength, among other physical skills, will increase. "Gymnastics rings occupy a place in our training that only the barbell can match." Read Ring Strength
