Scaled to your ability

Mike, who attends the 5:30am CrossFit class and the 5:30am Deep Eddy Boot Camp pushes through body weight deadlifts. CrossFitters who can't lift their bodyweight scaled to the weight they could lift - even if that meant 25lbs.
